Group Training

Group training provides motivation and fun to help stay on track to reach our goals.  Here is a list of group training in our area that may fit your needs:

  • Moms in Motion - Join and get a daily written workout.  You'll be able to meet and train with other moms every weekend.  I am currently training the Portland and Biddeford teams.
  • Portland Athletic Club - Leading 12 week sessions for beginners to reach their first triathlon and develop fitness
  • Peak Performance - Once again, I'm doing beginner clinics for people entering the 3-sport event, clinics being held on several Saturdays at Peak Performance and on the actual race courses.


Our mission is to construct a well-balanced training program to fit your needs while improving your overall health and maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
